The Root Chakra

While listening to a Root Chakra guided meditation by Tanja Bara 

I will administer reiki energy healing to each individual in the circle. 

10 people seated in a Circle Holding Space for each other. (seated chairs)

Each person who attends will receive a Red Garnet, the first crystal of the 7 Chakra Series. 

The root chakra is our body’s most primal and fundamental energy center, being located at the base of our spine, or groin area. Being associated with the color red, the root chakra regulates the energy associated with instinct, survival, and safety. 

When the root chakra is imbalanced due to trauma, psychological issues such as chronic fear, and psychosomatic suppression and repression, we experience a disruption in the flow of life. Often our blocked energy centers lead to constant personal, existential and relationship issues. -Tanja 

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, you may feel heat, cold or tingly sensations. Please bring a pillow, blanket (if you'd like), and water to the session!! Even though this is not a “physical” activity you do move a lot of energy out of your body.
